DUCTED VENTILATED AGING
The aging systems are based on air treatment units (cold evaporator + hot evaporator + fan) ensuring through ducts the proper and desired air recirculation. During the phase of the air distribution, particular care is addressed to the achievement of uniform hygrometric conditions, in order to get the same processing for the whole product stored. This kind of system is particularly suitable to be provided with an “enthalpy” system that uses external air when weather conditions meet the product’s needs.
VENTILATED AGING WITH EVAPORATORS
As revealed by its name, aging systems are enhanced by installing one or more dual-flow evaporators, each made up of two cooling sections, two heating sections and a ventilating section.The system is completed by a set of mixing ducts whose function is to ensure uniform air distribution.
STATIC AGING
This is crucial for traditional products requiring long aging periods. First of all, it includes a set of ceiling-mounted static evaporators connected to the refrigerating system and a set of vertically-installed heating coils connected to the hot water circuit; alternatively, heat can be distributed by a set of floor-mounted finned tube coils.
